Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and roadmap for Sanas’s APIs, SDKs, and developer platform.
- Design intuitive developer experiences for real-time speech AI technology.
- Architect and ship platform capabilities with engineers.
- Build prototypes, reference applications, integrations, and developer tooling.
- Own developer documentation, examples, quickstarts, API references, and onboarding.
- Engage directly with developers and customers to identify problems and set product priorities.
- Drive integrations across the voice and AI ecosystem, including LiveKit and Pipecat.
- Develop developer adoption strategies and grow the platform into a meaningful business.
- Establish metrics for developer acquisition, activation, retention, and usage.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background with a track record of building and shipping developer-facing products.
- Experience with APIs, SDKs, developer platforms, or infrastructure products.
- Hands-on experience with on-premise or private-cloud deployments and enterprise infrastructure.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to translate ambiguous technical problems into simple developer experiences.
- Excellent developer empathy and a high bar for APIs, documentation, tooling, and usability.
- Ability to work directly with customers and engineers to diagnose problems and drive solutions.
- Willingness and ability to write code, prototype, and remain hands-on when needed.
- Experience with real-time audio, voice, telephony, or WebRTC is preferred.
- Experience deploying AI/ML inference systems in production, particularly GPU workloads, is preferred.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Triton, Terraform, or similar infrastructure tooling is preferred.
- Experience with air-gapped or highly restricted enterprise environments is preferred.
- Experience taking a developer platform from early stage to meaningful adoption and revenue is preferred.
- Startup experience spanning product, engineering, and customer-facing functions is preferred.
