Senior Solutions Engineer responsible for making enterprise and BPO pilots successful, from technical qualification and deployment through executive value readouts and handoff to Customer Success. The role combines customer-facing presales leadership with hands-on troubleshooting across contact center endpoints, audio, networks, security reviews, and integrations.

Lead the design and implementation of rigorous evaluation frameworks, benchmarking systems, and pipelines for Sanas’s generative speech AI models. This hands-on engineering role connects research, product, and infrastructure to measure meaningful model behavior in real-world interactions.

Lead the performance and reliability engineering of Sanas’s on-premise ML inference infrastructure for real-time speech and language models. You’ll optimize GPU systems, inference runtimes, and distributed deployments under demanding latency and concurrency constraints.

Lead applied post-training and deployment of large language models for self-hosted, sovereign environments, taking customer projects from requirements through delivery. You’ll combine model alignment, evaluation, inference optimization, and reusable ML tooling to make production text models reliable and efficient.

Own the global infrastructure, deployment systems, and operational reliability of a high-scale, real-time speech AI platform. The role spans multi-cloud architecture, observability, developer platforms, automation, and incident response.
