Responsibilities
- Build and evolve AI platform capabilities that support the development, operation, and scaling of AI-powered applications.
- Develop scalable tools and infrastructure for ML model training and serving, feature and data workflows, deployment, orchestration, and evaluation.
- Work across backend services, execution infrastructure, and integrations with AI models and tooling.
- Evaluate emerging AI infrastructure frameworks and tools with senior engineers.
- Drive projects to completion and solve complex technical problems with measurable business impact.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language and ability to work across multiple languages.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as Postgres or DynamoDB.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools and validate, critique, and refine their generated output.
- Ability to learn new technologies and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Benefits
- Expected salary range of $123,300 - $159,500 for candidates living in Ontario and British Columbia.
