Responsibilities

  • Understand company services and perform testing, issue registration, and management.
  • Write user-centered test scenarios and test cases.
  • Manage testing equipment and software.
  • Create and update internal manuals.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Web/iOS/Android platforms.
  • High concentration and perseverance in repetitive testing activities.
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Basic documentation skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and experience with collaboration tools like Slack, Jira, and Confluence is preferred.
  • Degree in IT-related field or equivalent knowledge is a plus.
