Responsibilities
- Build technical solutions to complex business problems in margin and collateral technology.
- Help shape a fully automated platform with minimal manual intervention and improved performance and resiliency.
- Participate across the software development lifecycle while working closely with product teams and users.
- Develop RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, microservices, and micro-frontend user interfaces.
- Contribute to a strong engineering culture across global teams and manage multiple priorities.
Requirements
- Hands-on professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or React.
- Experience building RESTful APIs with frameworks such as Spring.
- Experience with event-driven systems, microservices, and micro-frontend UIs.
- Knowledge of test-driven development, clean code principles, data structures, algorithms, and SQL.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an engineering field involving software programming or systems engineering.
- Cloud, distributed-systems, Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS, NoSQL, or financial-services experience is beneficial.
