Responsibilities
- Design and build foundational backend infrastructure including authentication and notifications.
- Evolve Harvey’s internal product platform to accelerate development across product lines.
- Lead development of enterprise-facing features like secure collaboration and admin controls.
- Maintain high standards for security and system reliability, especially for sensitive data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-ready experiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of backend-focused software engineering experience.
- Experience shipping user-facing features with measurable impact.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, REST/gRPC APIs, and scalable architectures.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS patterns like role-based access control is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and programming skills.
