Base Salary
$110k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business and system processes to design customized LeanData solutions for customers.
- Lead technical implementations across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Salesforce Development personas.
- Coordinate implementation-to-Customer Success transitions and align with CSMs on account health, open items, and customer goals.
- Analyze the technical impacts of the LeanData Managed Package in complex Salesforce environments.
- Identify and mitigate implementation risks while managing stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and opportunities.
- Communicate with customers at all levels to support onboarding and value realization.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Development, and client teams to design data solutions and surface issues early.
- Maintain current knowledge of LeanData products and features and apply it to customer solution design.
- Track client records and key milestones in Salesforce and other systems.
- Identify onboarding process improvements and use customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience in SaaS or related technology.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and marketing automation platforms; Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator or above is preferred.
- Experience managing client stakeholders across multiple groups.
- Knowledge of go-to-market strategies including outbound, inbound, and account-based approaches.
- Expertise with Salesforce reporting; experience with other reporting or business intelligence tools is a plus.
- Proven experience leading customer engagements, understanding technical concepts, guiding strategy, and delivering positive customer outcomes.
- Ability to understand and deconstruct technical products and platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience.
- Degree from a well-regarded college or university.
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced, deadline-oriented startup environment.
