Base Salary
$100k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven systems that enhance workflows.
- Take ownership of projects and ensure successful deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents.
- Decompose novel problems and reason from first principles.
- Understand domain-specific challenges to inform system design.
Requirements
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of data systems and workflows.
- Ability to take initiative and make informed decisions.
- Excitement about working with coding agents.
- Willingness to work in-person in Flatiron, NYC, five days a week.
