Responsibilities
- Design and implement highly available AWS cloud architectures using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, REST APIs, and API management platforms.
- Design and develop IoT and Digital Twin platforms using FIWARE/NGSI-LD, MQTT, OPC UA, Kafka, and Flink for real-time event processing.
- Implement AI, advanced analytics, and optimization solutions using Python and related machine learning and optimization tools.
- Define geospatial and observability architectures using GIS, monitoring, visualization, source-control, and automation tools.
- Lead end-to-end technical architecture for Smart Cities, IoT, and Digital Twin platforms.
- Define technology standards, best practices, and governance aligned with TOGAF and Well-Architected Frameworks.
- Supervise integration of cloud services, real-time data systems, GIS platforms, and AI solutions.
- Participate in presales, requirements analysis, technical estimation, and technology roadmap definition.
- Collaborate with architecture, data, software engineering, cloud, and AI teams to execute projects successfully.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional experience in cloud and architecture using AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, microservices architectures, REST APIs, and API management platforms.
- At least 3 years of experience with IoT and real-time processing using FIWARE, MQTT, OPC UA, Kafka, Flink, and edge computing.
- At least 3 years of experience with data platforms using Spark, Kafka, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, and TimescaleDB.
- At least 3 years of experience developing AI and optimization solutions using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, MLflow, OR-Tools, or Gurobi.
- At least 3 years of experience with Digital Twin and Smart Cities platforms using FIWARE/NGSI-LD.
- At least 3 years of experience with GIS and geospatial technologies including ArcGIS, QGIS, PostGIS, and Cesium.
- At least 3 years of experience with DevSecOps and observability environments using GitHub, Jenkins, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- At least 3 years of experience applying enterprise architecture principles through TOGAF and Well-Architected Frameworks.
- C1 level of English.
- Experience using generative AI and AI tools in the workplace.
- AWS cloud architecture or DevOps certifications, Kubernetes certifications such as CKA or CKAD, and TOGAF certifications are valued.
- International Smart Cities, Industry 4.0, intelligent infrastructure, advanced geospatial analytics, urban Digital Twin, or multidisciplinary technical leadership experience is valued.
- Applicants must reside in Spain and have permission to work in Spain.
