Responsibilities
- Design and build software using industry best practices.
- Deliver and deploy critical software across varied business areas.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other engineers in a cross-functional team.
- Contribute to project milestones and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with peers on technical direction within the team.
Requirements
- Active eDV clearance is required.
- Knowledge or experience with JavaScript frameworks including React and NextJS.
- Knowledge or experience with TypeScript, Python, and Java.
- Experience with REST API development and OpenAPI or Swagger.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud services.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift containerisation and orchestration.
- Experience with Terraform or Ansible infrastructure as code.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch or Opensearch.
- Experience with unit testing, automation, and testing frameworks such as Mocha, Jest, or Cypress.
- Experience working in an Agile delivery team.
- Experience using code repositories such as GitLab, including branching strategies, pull requests, and merge processes.
