Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise during innovation discovery engagements and advise on emerging technologies.
- Lead innovation projects from proof of value through pilot delivery with internal teams, Capgemini experts, and clients.
- Design and deliver creative, scalable solutions that create business value and improve user experiences.
- Make technical decisions centered on user needs while balancing speed, quality, and outcomes.
- Own projects from early stages and provide direction, support, and mentorship to junior team members.
- Present to and collaborate with stakeholders to shape impactful solutions.
Requirements
- Expertise in full-stack JavaScript and TypeScript development.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks and API or service development.
- Experience designing and deploying end-to-end solutions to cloud environments such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
- Comfort working from business and end-user problems rather than fixed technical specifications.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, ownership, and mentorship.
