Responsibilities
- Design and implement instruction fine-tuning techniques and domain adaptation strategies for large language models.
- Analyze model outputs, evaluation metrics, and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Work with large datasets and preprocess data for model training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production environments.
- Document model development processes, experiments, and outcomes.
- Participate independently as a subject matter expert, contribute to team discussions, and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
- Experience with instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation strategies.
- Understanding of model evaluation metrics and performance optimization methods.
- Ability to critically analyze model outputs and identify areas for enhancement.
- Capability to work with and preprocess large datasets.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
