Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Implement solutions using ServiceNow Software Asset Management and Supplier Contract Management.
- Develop system integrations and APIs and resolve complex application issues.
- Optimize software performance and maintain code quality.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and coordinate cross-functional software delivery.
- Lead software development best practices and process improvements.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management and Supplier Contract Management.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and developing scalable software components with modern programming frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software application issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API development.
- Competence in performance optimization and code quality assurance.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
