Base Salary
$180k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-system AI programs.
- Own CTO and Chief Architect relationships.
- Set engineering and evaluation standards.
- Develop senior engineers and leaders.
- Drive technical thought leadership.
- Identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness.
- Collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions.
- Support governed deployment and responsible use of AI in client environments.
Requirements
- 9–12 years of experience in enterprise software or AI architecture.
- Expertise in agentic AI, LLMs, and governed deployment.
- Experience leading multi-team engineering programs.
- A track record of talent development.
- External technical presence.
- Strong understanding of core AI, generative AI, enterprise transformation, and responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
- Ability to work in AI-augmented ways and collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and design.
