Base Salary
$111k - $222k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production Generative AI solutions, including chatbots, document intelligence tools, AI assistants, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent systems.
- Build and coordinate AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
- Integrate Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini platforms and call LLM APIs.
- Monitor, evaluate, and govern AI systems for quality, safety, and compliance, including prompt engineering.
- Own the technical design of cloud-native applications spanning front-end interfaces, back-end services, APIs, and prototypes.
- Build responsive web UIs with React or Angular and REST APIs with Python/FastAPI/Flask or Java/Spring Boot.
- Package and run applications on Google Cloud using Docker and Kubernetes/GKE.
- Contribute to GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, technical discussions, mentoring, and engineering standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years building enterprise or cloud-based software.
- At least 3 years using Python, R, and/or Java for data analysis.
- At least 2 years of CI/CD experience, preferably with GitHub Actions.
- At least 2 years of experience with GCP, Azure, or AWS.
- At least 2 years shipping AI/ML or GenAI solutions in production.
- At least 1 year with FastAPI, Flask, or Spring Boot and at least 1 year building UIs with React.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, AI orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, vector databases, prompt engineering, and Docker/Kubernetes deployments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
- Preferred qualifications include a relevant master's degree, MLOps/LLMOps, data engineering, analytics engineering, machine learning, NLP, transformer concepts, cloud stores, databases, multi-agent architectures, messaging or Pub/Sub systems, Figma, and Scrum/Agile experience.
