Base Salary
$61k - $104k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, Angular or React, Python, microservice architecture, and distributed caching.
- Design and develop workflows using AI-assisted, specification-driven development and agentic orchestration.
- Work with MS SQL/RDBMS and MongoDB, including complex SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and staff at junior through senior levels.
- Apply analytical problem-solving and contribute innovative solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Angular/JavaScript or React, Core Java, Spring Boot, microservice architecture, and Hazelcast distributed caching.
- Hands-on Python experience is required.
- Experience with MS SQL/RDBMS or NoSQL MongoDB, complex SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- AI SDLC, specification-driven design, AI development, or agentic-orchestration experience.
- Mobile development experience is preferred.
- Financial-markets, capital-markets, equity, banking, or broader financial-industry project experience is preferred.
- Experience with Copilot, spec-driven development, AI, and agentic orchestration of business processes is desired.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, presentation, self-direction, and innovation skills.
