Base Salary

$174k - $252k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Write and test product or system development code.
  • Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to evaluate available technologies.
  • Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback on style, accuracy, testability, efficiency, and other best practices.
  • Contribute to and update documentation or educational content based on product and program updates and user feedback.
  • Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions while managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Five years of experience in object-oriented programming with Java, C++, or Python.
  • Five years of experience programming in JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Five years of experience with front-end frameworks, full-stack development, or API development.
  • Three years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
  • One year of experience with software design and architecture.
  • Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Preferred: Five years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • Preferred: One year of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Preferred: Experience developing accessible technologies.

Benefits

  • US base salary of $174,000–$252,000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
