Base Salary
$110k - $138k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy defined AI components within broader architectures.
- Build AI pipelines, prompts, and agent workflows.
- Implement RAG, tool-calling, and basic agents.
- Write clean Python and SQL.
- Support proofs of concept and benchmarks.
- Document designs and participate in client technical sessions.
- Identify and support AI-enabled opportunities for enterprise transformation and business outcomes.
- Collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and design while applying responsible AI principles.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in software, data, or AI engineering.
- Experience with Python, SQL, APIs, and cloud technologies.
- Exposure to LLMs, prompting, RAG, and agents.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong engineering fundamentals.
- Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles including ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
- Ability to collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and design in client environments.
