Base Salary
$150k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on AI agent systems powering the core product.
- Own full-stack development across backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces.
- Partner with the founding team on product decisions and balance technical feasibility with user needs.
- Architect scalable backend systems supporting AI workloads.
- Contribute to platform infrastructure as the team grows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building and shipping full-stack products with a strong backend foundation.
- Experience building AI agents or similar AI systems, ideally with AI or machine learning systems in production.
- Ability to own product decisions and deliver end-to-end work across product and platform concerns.
- Strong technical fundamentals and experience at an established company or early-stage startup.
- Startup experience may substitute for a traditional academic background.
- Insurance or financial services experience is helpful.
- Comfort working independently across a broad engineering scope.
