Base Salary
$100k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain the AskCR chatbot and associated features.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate user needs into features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable frontend code in React.
- Implement efficient, scalable APIs and services using Python and FastAPI.
- Integrate and leverage OpenAI's LLMs to enhance the chatbot's capabilities.
- Continuously research and incorporate emerging AI technologies.
- Promote and adhere to best practices in software development and responsible AI usage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with expertise in Python and FastAPI.
- Experience integrating and deploying AI solutions using OpenAI’s GPT models or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud services, containerization, and deployment best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
