Director, Application Security
Zeta GlobalResponsibilities
- Define and drive an AI-native Application Security vision, roadmap, and operating model.
- Lead hands-on secure architecture design and build and mentor an Application Security team.
- Evolve threat modeling into continuous, system-aware analysis and lead AI-specific adversarial testing.
- Embed security agents and guidance into IDEs, pull requests, CI workflows, and AI/ML pipelines.
- Own Application Security strategy for AI systems, models, prompts, and agents, including automated guardrails.
- Establish continuous risk scoring to inform release decisions and train engineers on secure AI-native system design.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in Application Security, DevSecOps, or secure software development.
- Strong knowledge of OWASP, cloud-native systems, and API security.
- Familiarity with AI/ML security risks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
