Base Salary

$127k - $217k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software throughout the end-to-end lifecycle.
  • Translate customer requirements into initial software product designs.
  • Develop software interface definitions.
  • Perform unit and integration testing.
  • Participate in peer reviews and support software system integration and testing.
  • Create software documentation.
  • Develop solutions to complex problems across multiple contracts and programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
  • Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret and Special Program Access.
  • At least 3 years of experience with C++ and C#.
  • At least 3 years of Linux development experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Git or a similar version control system.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software architecture development and open architectures.
  • At least 3 years of experience with network architectures and software applications communicating through TCP/UDP-based networks.
  • Preferred qualifications include 5 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experienced-level qualifications include specified bachelor’s degree fields with 5+ years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of directly related experience, or 13+ years of relevant experience.
  • Senior-level qualifications include specified bachelor’s degree fields with 9+ years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree with 13+ years of directly related experience, or 17+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of host environments, software architecture and design methodologies, software development processes, development and testing tools, and implementation, validation, and verification practices.
