Responsibilities
- Own the architecture of MCU firmware and AUTOSAR components.
- Discuss architecture internally and with customers.
- Design, implement, and improve AUTOSAR software components including RTE, COM, and PDU Routing.
- Develop code generators, tests, and documentation using a code-first modern C++ approach.
- Review and approve requirements, architecture, design, code, tests, and documentation.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of modern C++ version 11 or later for embedded firmware and drivers, with 15+ years of experience.
- Knowledge of low-level buses including I2C, SPI, MDIO, CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.
- Understanding of RTOS and embedded operating system concepts.
- Experience with multicore development.
- Experience using gtest and gmock for C++ unit testing.
- Preferred knowledge of Tricore, ARM, and POSIX.
- Preferred experience with MISRA, CERT, and other static code analysis standards.
- Preferred scripting experience, including Ruby, Python, and PyTest.
- Preferred knowledge of safety and security standards.
