Base Salary
$166k - $203k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the chief architect for the new Provider Onboarding Engineering scope.
- Build product-based implementations and scalable tools for provider onboarding across pricing, payments, client panels, and forms.
- Develop full-stack, database-backed web applications and microservices.
- Drive planning, specification, execution, success measurement, and post-launch maintenance across the development lifecycle.
- Review architectures, establish design patterns, mentor engineers, and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Deep-dive complex issues and independently drive them to resolution, including on-call responsibilities.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience.
- At least 1 year of experience working on healthcare or equivalent systems.
- At least 1 year of experience helping with a brand-new project or team.
- Experience building modern full-stack, SQL or NoSQL, database-backed web applications.
- Experience with microservice development and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience mentoring others, reviewing architectures, and establishing design patterns.
- Experience driving all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Experience working on highly complex projects with a focus on sustainable results.
- Preferred: startup experience; SaaS application development using AWS; experience with high-reliability or high-accuracy products; on-call and complex issue resolution experience; and experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and Kafka.
