Responsibilities
- Lead the development of scalable and fault-tolerant backend systems.
- Define and execute technical strategy in alignment with product roadmaps.
- Drive architectural decisions and promote best practices across engineering teams.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize and plan strategic initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through Agile methodologies.
- Own operational metrics and ensure high system reliability and observability.
- Mentor and grow engineering talent through coaching and technical guidance.
- Establish and manage operational support processes for backend services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in software development.
- 10+ years of experience building and operating backend services and web applications.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, storage, and server technologies.
