Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance custom Java full-stack software solutions across systems and applications.
- Build agentic AI applications including tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Implement RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector databases, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable code, unit and integration tests, and offline and online evaluations.
- Implement red-team scenarios and content and action safety boundaries.
- Rapidly prototype, demonstrate solutions, communicate trade-offs, and translate business problems into practical AI solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and speed.
- Ability to learn quickly, prototype rapidly, iterate, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
