Base Salary
$143k - $304k/yr
Responsibilities
- Connect CRM systems with advertising systems, marketing automation tools, and Power BI reporting platforms.
- Build and support AI-enhanced CRM features and workflow automation that improve seller efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and sales teams to align CRM capabilities with business goals.
- Maintain data integrity and uphold privacy compliance and security standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Coding experience in one or more of C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree with 8+ years of technical engineering experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.

- Employees within a 50-mile commute of a designated U.S. Microsoft Hub are expected to work from the office at least four days per week, subject to local law and jurisdiction.
