Base Salary
$250k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Prototype and design new features for Wispr’s voice interface.
- Build infrastructure supporting less-than-500ms LLM inference for millions of requests worldwide.
- Scale personalization of speech models and LLMs through fine-tuning and reinforcement learning.
- Optimize ML inference and engineer systems for research teams.
Requirements
- Previous founding or startup experience.
- Experience optimizing ML inference or engineering systems for research teams.
- Fluency in Python and LLM development.
- Attention to detail, eagerness to learn, aptitude, clarity of thought, creativity, engineering excellence, and code velocity.
