Own Wispr’s developer experience platform, enabling engineers to build, test, and ship with faster, more reliable feedback. The role focuses on CI/CD, reproducible testing environments, local development workflows, and tooling for agentic coding.

Wispr is hiring a founding GTM Engineer to build the data, signal, automation, and AI-agent systems that power its sales and marketing motions. The role combines production software engineering with revenue operations, outbound and inbound execution, and measurable pipeline growth.

Build the foundational platform primitives behind Wispr’s next generation of agentic AI products, including memory, context, tools, and durable execution. You’ll own architecture-level decisions and turn ambiguous concepts into reliable systems that teams can dogfood and adopt.

Build and validate new AI-powered interaction products at the frontier of human-computer interaction, from early hypotheses and prototypes through promising product areas. You’ll work closely with research and ML teams to discover how people should interact with computing.

Lead the quality practice for Wispr’s voice-interface products by building reliable test automation, investigating real-world workflows, and driving release confidence. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines software testing, quality strategy, and coaching.

Build the verification and evaluation layer that enables AI coding agents to determine when their work is complete. You’ll create testing environments, evaluation signals, and production systems to improve agent quality and impact.

Own the complex systems behind Wispr’s voice-interface products, turning ambiguous quality problems into measurable, reusable solutions. This hands-on role spans detection, inference, state, delivery, and product-facing systems decisions.

Build polished, data-rich enterprise product experiences for Wispr using React and TypeScript. You’ll own features end to end, from ambiguous customer needs and design through implementation and production.
