Base Salary
$180k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding, first use, activation, and habit formation improvements.
- Ship growth experiments quickly, analyze results, promote successful experiments, and stop unsuccessful ones.
- Improve experiment randomization, exposure, instrumentation, and analysis.
- Work with product teams across platforms to close funnel gaps.
- Use data to answer product questions and identify misleading measurements.
Requirements
- Experience moving a funnel metric and explaining the before-and-after impact and causal contribution.
- Demonstrated willingness to stop experiments when evidence does not support them.
- Ability to ship production-quality work through rapid, iterative releases.
- Ability to use data to answer product questions and recognize misleading measurement.
- Strong ownership in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Product-led growth, experimentation platform, or SQL experience is helpful but not required.
