Responsibilities
- Own customer-focused features from initial hypotheses through implementation, release, and iteration.
- Develop and test product ideas through rapid experiments and lightweight prototypes.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and sales colleagues to identify product needs.
- Define and implement product tracking and use metrics to guide decisions.
- Build across the stack and lead architecture and implementation choices.
- Balance pragmatic validation with long-term scalability while moving initiatives forward.
Requirements
- At least three years of product engineering experience delivering features end to end.
- Full-stack experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
- Experience owning software from architecture and implementation through production release.
- Hands-on startup experience and a strong customer-focused product mindset.
- German proficiency at B2 level or above and fluent English.
- Comfort using metrics and experiments to inform product decisions.
- Experience integrating large language models or building AI-powered features is advantageous.
