Base Salary
$177k - $213k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build company and people data systems, including enrichment, entity resolution, account hierarchies, ICP scoring, and Salesforce-to-ClickHouse synchronization.
- Convert product usage, intent, hiring, and job-change signals into prioritized accounts, alerts, and product-qualified leads.
- Build and measure programmatic outbound plays, including account research, personalization, sequencing, and attribution.
- Own inbound lead enrichment, qualification, scheduling, routing, speed-to-lead, and conversion workflows.
- Build and operate AI agents for account research, meeting preparation and follow-up, data hygiene, and deal processing.
- Run agents as production software with evaluations, tests, monitoring, fallbacks, human review, and action logging.
- Enable operations, sales, and marketing teams to build with AI through tools, documentation, and reusable patterns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue or marketing operations, growth, or software engineering, including 2+ years in a GTM engineering role.
- Experience building outbound or inbound systems that generated measurable pipeline and ability to explain the results.
- Hands-on use of coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor, with shipped LLM workflows supported by evaluations and monitoring.
- Production coding experience with Python or TypeScript, SQL, APIs, and data warehouses.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, enrichment and signal providers, routing and scheduling tools, and sales engagement platforms.
- Experience with tools such as Chili Piper, LeanData, and Default.
- Understanding of product-led and sales-led buying motions and experience building tools for sales representatives.
- Ability to talk to users, ship, measure adoption, and iterate based on usage.
