Responsibilities
- Own projects and entire product areas from concept through deployment.
- Ship production features daily and build agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
- Collaborate directly with the CTO and founding engineers on product direction.
- Talk with customers and iterate based on feedback.
- Move quickly while knowing when to transition prototypes toward scale and quality.
Requirements
- Very strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and coding with AI tools.
- Experience with LLM APIs is a bonus.
- High agency, resourcefulness, ownership, and a startup-oriented approach.
