Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements, and collect documentation.
- Build and maintain scalable, production-grade backend applications using Python.
- Build and maintain frontend web applications using React.
- Own products and ensure their continued support and improvement.
- Collaborate with investment teams to deliver on business goals and priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
- At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python and web development.
- Experience with relational databases and document stores.
- Proven experience owning or contributing to end-to-end full-stack applications.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
- Preferred: Rust experience, highly available distributed systems experience, JavaScript/React frontend experience, and experience working with large datasets.
