Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build real software and internal tools using AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini.
- Create educational content such as videos, posts, and playbooks about your builds.
- Translate complex AI capabilities into actionable insights for operators and leaders.
- Lead AI workshops and hackathons for Tenex customers to enhance their operational capabilities.
- Stay updated on the latest AI tools and workflows, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Establish a rhythm of build, content creation, and workshops to enhance Tenex's market presence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience with AI coding tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing teaching content for technical or AI-curious audiences.
- Deep understanding of AI developments and their implications.
- Experience in leading workshops and teaching technical material to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and produce high-quality content independently.
- Exceptional judgment in distinguishing between effective builds and polished content.
