Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, integrate and deploy software solutions across the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in and lead agile story development and estimation.
- Contribute to continuous integration, automation and SecDevOps practices.
- Undertake web-focused user interface development and user experience evolution.
- Research, prototype, investigate and develop technologies and systems.
- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests and contribute to test automation.
- Investigate defects, perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with software engineers, architects, business analysts, customers and other stakeholders.
- Apply software engineering principles, coding standards and secure development practices.
Requirements
- Australian citizenship and an active TSPV security clearance are required.
- Ability to apply software engineering principles to develop practical solutions for complex problems.
- Understanding of testing principles and commitment to quality software development.
- Ability to work collaboratively, communicate clearly and adapt between tasks.
- Commitment to customer goals and shared team objectives.
- Advantageous experience with full-stack development using React, Angular, .NET and Java.
- Advantageous experience integrating external systems using REST APIs, integration protocols, JSON and XML.
- Advantageous experience with NiFi, Kafka, Elastic Stack and Solr.
- Advantageous experience with Ansible, GitLab, Git, Docker and Kubernetes.
- Advantageous experience with Jira, Confluence, Linux and Windows environments.
