Base Salary
$189k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the Platform and Hybrid Scale Integration Playground.
- Build and scale hybrid scale test infrastructure for large-scale simulation environments.
- Develop benchmark test suites to detect regressions early in the release cycle.
- Design and maintain Terraform-based infrastructure for reliability and reproducibility.
- Identify gaps in test coverage and drive improvements through new tooling.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate domain requirements into test designs.
- Mentor engineers and set standards for test design and infrastructure quality.
- Lead test design and planning for platform and hybrid scale features.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software development or test engineering with a focus on infrastructure.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong coding skills in Python and/or Golang.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and architectures.
- Hands-on experience designing and managing test environments at scale.
- Proficiency with Terraform for building and maintaining test infrastructure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Proven ability to work independently and drive projects from design to delivery.
- Proficient in leveraging AI-powered tools for test generation and automation.
