Responsibilities
- Create scalable and robust solutions for merchant integrations.
- Guide merchants through integration processes in specific verticals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Oversee high-quality project delivery and technical integrity of integrations.
- Consult on optimizing payment solutions and enhance platform features.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in environments rich in uncertainty.
- Strong understanding of IT software architecture and network.
- Experience with Web APIs and software development technologies.
- Excellent communication skills across various business levels.
- Self-motivated with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with additional languages as a bonus.
