Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced perception algorithms for object detection, tracking, classification, and segmentation.
- Design and implement sensor fusion algorithms to enhance perception accuracy.
- Optimize algorithms for real-time performance on embedded hardware.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate perception systems into larger autonomous systems.
- Stay updated on the latest research in machine learning and computer vision.
- Productionize and deploy solutions onto autonomous vehicle fleets.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers on the team.
Requirements
- Masters or Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
- 3 years of experience in designing and analyzing neural networks for various applications.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Fluency in Python and experience with scientific computing libraries.
- Advanced knowledge of software engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
