Base Salary
$143k - $286k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver infrastructure, tooling, and ML framework capabilities aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.
- Design scalable, resilient, cloud-native systems using software design patterns and API design.
- Lead coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance across the full software development lifecycle.
- Conduct system design reviews and make architectural decisions.
- Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components for intelligent automation.
- Mentor engineers, document technical knowledge, and promote engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and track success metrics.
- Identify and implement improvements to engineering processes, tools, and products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and four years of software engineering experience, or six years of software engineering experience.
- Expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, containers, and automation.
- Proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping.
- Experience with coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
- Ability to integrate AI/ML components using JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++.
- Technical leadership, mentoring, sound technical judgment, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree with two years of relevant experience and knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
