Responsibilities
- Design application, system, database, integration, monolithic, and distributed architectures.
- Assess existing solutions, identify gaps, and optimize architectures in response to changing business and technology needs.
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs, project specifications, infrastructure requirements, and technical environments.
- Create prototypes, solution skeletons, design patterns, architectural standards, and recommendations for commercial and self-developed software.
- Develop and maintain architecture documentation, UML diagrams, data-flow schemas, technical drawings, procedures, system parameters, and non-functional requirements.
- Define software development principles, conditions of use, limitations, and integration methods.
- Collaborate with line-of-business stakeholders and senior management to explain findings, risks, and recommended solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–10 years of professional IT experience with strategic thinking and operational execution.
- Deep expertise and preferably business knowledge in relevant technology domains.
- Experience with cloud-native development, preferably AWS or Azure, microservices, REST or GraphQL APIs, OAuth, SAML, and event-driven or messaging patterns.
- Knowledge of integration patterns and IT security best practices, including OWASP.
- Expertise across cloud, automation, software development, data, and AI domains.
- Ability to communicate with, convince, and inspire senior management while clearly explaining impact and risks.
- Competence in comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and integrations.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, adaptability, learning, time-management, and prioritization skills.
