Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend components using Java, JEE, and Spring.
- Contribute to frontend development using JSF and occasionally React.
- Participate in the end-to-end development of new features and application enhancements.
- Write and optimize SQL scripts and database-related functionality.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and production issues.
- Write unit tests and contribute to code quality and application reliability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with business and technical teams.
- Provide production support during scheduled one-week support rotations several times per year.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Java development.
- Strong experience with Java, JEE, and Spring technologies.
- Experience with frontend development using JSF; React knowledge is a plus.
- Good SQL skills and experience writing database queries and scripts.
- Understanding of software development best practices and unit testing.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check before employment.
