Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
Develop scalable microservices and REST APIs.
Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Integrate relational and non-relational databases, messaging platforms, and authentication services.
Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end features.
Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance, reliability, and observability.
Support CI/CD processes and automation alongside the DevOps team.

At least 4 years of professional software development experience for the mid-level track or 7 years for the senior track.
Strong hands-on expertise with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservice architectures.
Experience with unit and integration testing using JUnit, Testcontainers, or similar tools.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Practical knowledge of Kafka or Kubernetes, with strong proficiency in at least one required.
Fluency in written and spoken English and the ability to work collaboratively in Agile environments.
Bonus qualifications include Angular, Kubernetes operators, advanced Kubernetes features, GraphQL, Apollo Federation, Open Policy Agent, distributed systems, Go, Node.js, Knative, or other serverless and container platforms.
