Responsibilities
- Lead complex, large-scale technology initiatives and establish engineering standards and best practices.
- Design, code, test, debug, document, review, and analyze complex technology solutions.
- Lead projects and teams, mentor peers, and collaborate with technical experts and cross-functional teams.
- Manage automation use cases independently from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Design and deploy scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI-powered automation solutions using LLMs and enterprise AI platforms.
- Build intelligent agents and copilots, integrate AI services with enterprise applications and data sources, and develop document-processing and conversational solutions.
- Implement API integrations, enterprise connectors, system-to-system connectivity, data ingestion, file processing, and transformation workflows.
- Develop RAG, enterprise knowledge retrieval, grounding, chatbot, conversational workflow, and document-based AI solutions.
- Optimize and automate existing processes while improving automation frameworks and adopting best practices.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise AI governance, security, privacy, risk, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agents and intelligent workflow solutions using enterprise AI platforms or equivalent enterprise GenAI platforms.
- Expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps.
- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation, enterprise knowledge retrieval, grounding strategies, and document-based AI solutions.
- Experience with chatbot development, conversational workflows, or LLM-based platforms.
- Strong development skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages.
- Experience with API integrations, enterprise connectors, data ingestion, file processing, and transformation workflows.
- Experience with structured and unstructured data and agent orchestration or multi-step AI workflows.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, ServiceNow, Workday, DevOps practices, and CI/CD processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and independent working skills.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure is desired.
