Base Salary
$101k - $183k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development and deployment of conversational AI and agentic AI solutions, transforming prototypes into production-grade applications.
- Design and implement multi-agent systems, conversational workflows, and AI-powered customer-experience solutions.
- Integrate AI platforms with enterprise APIs, legacy systems, data platforms, and security frameworks.
- Develop evaluation pipelines, observability frameworks, monitoring solutions, and reliability improvements for AI systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize agent behavior, reasoning workflows, tool selection, latency, and system efficiency.
- Use Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools to automate cloud deployments and networking configurations.
- Partner with customer engineering teams to deliver solutions and promote engineering best practices.
- Create reusable frameworks and accelerators and provide product improvement recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience developing software using Python or similar programming languages.
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform and cloud-native architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Expertise designing and deploying production AI/ML applications.
- Experience building full-stack applications integrated with enterprise systems and customer-facing platforms.
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, networking, security, system integrations, MLOps, monitoring, logging, and observability.
- Preferred: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience with ReAct, self-reflection, agent orchestration patterns, RAG, vector databases, enterprise knowledge bases, and distributed workflow tracing.
- Preferred: experience supporting and troubleshooting high-volume customer-facing production systems and strong client-facing communication skills.
