Base Salary
$170k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to critical software systems across the stack.
- Design, develop, and deploy programs on the Solana blockchain.
- Maintain high standards of security, correctness, and thoughtful code design.
- Write high-quality, maintainable, well-tested code with thorough documentation.
Requirements
- Experience building software systems with high-quality, well-documented production code, preferably in Rust, C++, C, or Golang.
- Demonstrated track record of high agency and willingness to explore unfamiliar technical and non-technical areas.
- Team-first attitude and passion for decentralized finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, preferred.
- Experience working with blockchain technology, preferably Solana, preferred.
- Experience working with Rust preferred.
