Responsibilities
- Own the AI Tribe’s tactical architecture and architecture governance, including Architecture Decision Records and participation in the AI Architecture Review Board.
- Guide solution design across AI platforms and strategic use-case domains while supporting Solution Architects, developers, and decision-making forums.
- Provide technical advisory and connect business priorities, use cases, technology choices, enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead architectural design and consolidate project-specific technical implementation recommendations with AI Tribe teams.
- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities, make informed technology trade-offs, and translate change into practical architectural direction.
- Work with Tech Leads, Enterprise Architects, architecture leadership, and stakeholder groups to establish shared plans and development priorities.
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions and follow developments in agentic AI technologies.
Requirements
- Practical experience in a similar guiding architecture role and in modern software development and its leadership.
- Experience in functional and technical architecture, including modelling and documentation such as ArchiMate and Architecture Decision Records.
- Experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions and understanding AI/ML lifecycle management.
- Ability to lead AI Tribe architectural design, manage complex entities, and translate business requirements and use cases into effective enterprise technology choices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, or Databricks is beneficial.
- Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, agentic AI frameworks and design patterns, data platform architecture, inference solutions, and financial-sector regulation, security, and risk management is beneficial.
- Strong written and spoken English is required; Finnish is an advantage.
- Experience in regulated industries, particularly financial services, is an advantage.
