Responsibilities

  • Build and scale core infrastructure to run and launch thousands of browser and web agents daily.
  • Design, implement, and maintain clusters, CI/CD practices, and observability systems.
  • Rapidly iterate with product, engineering, and company founders.
  • Architect the backbone of Spur’s core platform and optimize infrastructure at scale.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience designing, shipping, and operating infrastructure at scale.
  • Deep expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive projects independently.
  • Understanding of how infrastructure decisions affect product performance and customer experience.
  • Experience with distributed task queues and performance or scalability optimization is a bonus.
  • Experience making an impact on small teams and scaling infrastructure from 0 to 1 is a bonus.
