Responsibilities

  • Provide technical solutions for product and API questions raised by advertising partners.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, evaluate, and resolve system-generated alerts and technical issues.
  • Identify product architecture components and build solutions that unblock partner integrations.
  • Develop tools, scripts, and automation to reduce operational overhead and move toward human-free operations.
  • Implement feature enhancements, bug fixes, deployments, migrations, and routine operational tasks.
  • Write code samples, tutorials, and technical articles for the developer community.
  • Audit partner behavior for compliance with program policies and identify API misuse patterns.
  • Gather customer feedback and work with development teams to improve onboarding and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on customer communication during critical events.
  • Drive projects that improve support processes and the developer support experience.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support or software development.
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
  • Experience working with REST API-based services.
  • Experience working with SQL.
  • Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Preferred: knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development.
  • Preferred: experience with REST web services, XML, and JSON.
  • Preferred: proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Java, C++, or Python.
  • Preferred: Linux/UNIX operating system knowledge and AWS or other cloud technology experience.
  • Preferred: understanding of support processes including ticketing, monitoring, and metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills in English.
