Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deliver new features and performance improvements for product firmware.
- Identify, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Improve quality and testing systems.
- Monitor fleet performance and enhance monitoring platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and take work from concept through production.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in the penultimate or final year of a Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar degree, or have recently graduated.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for solving challenging technical problems and learning deeply.
- Be eager to gain hands-on experience and accelerate career growth.
- Balance self-directed learning with seeking guidance from experienced teammates.
- Be a collaborative team player who contributes to team performance and gives and receives feedback.
